Refund Policy of DMindX
Welcome to DMindX (Digital Marketing India Experts). We work hard to make sure our students enjoy their time with us. We are aware, However, that there may be situations in which you must ask for a refund. Please carefully go over our refund policy.
Course Fees
- Except in the situations specified in this policy, the entire course registration fees are non-refundable.
Eligibility For Refunds
Refunds may be provided under the following conditions:
- Course Cancellation: You will get a complete refund of your course fees if the DMindX (Digital Marketing India Experts) cancels a course because of unexpected reasons.
- Pre-Course Withdrawal: You could be able for a partial refund if you want to drop a course before it begins. An administrative fee deduction of [enter percentage or flat charge] will be applied to the amount.
Non-Refundable Situations
The following situations cannot result in a refund:
- Once Course Start: There will be no refunds once the course has started.
- Absence: You will not receive a refund if you are unable to attend or finish the course for any reason.
Refund Process

- Within seven to ten business days of approval, a refund will be executed using the original payment method from the transaction.
Course Transfers
- You may ask to move your enrollment to a future course date, subject to availability, if you are unable to attend a course for which you have registered. At least five days before to the commencement of the course, this request must be submitted.
- An administrative charge of [insert amount] applies to course transfers.
