Welcome to DMindX (Digital Marketing India Experts). These terms and conditions control how you use our website, services, and course. You accept these terms and agree that you will be bound by them by visiting or using our website.

General Terms

By accessing our website or enrolling in our courses, you confirm that:

• You have approval from your parents or are at least 18 years old.
• When you register, you promise to give true information.
• You promise not to use our services for any unauthorized or illegal purposes.

Demo Classes

• We provide 3 days free Demo Classes for every student.
• In these Demo classes we will show you how the things are working in DMindX.

Course Information

• Your course of Digital Marketing will complete in 4 Months.
• Daily 2 Hours classes you can attend, and the sunay will holiday.
• Daily Classes timing is flexible from 10 AM to 6 PM.

Course Registration and Payment

• Registration for the course is only complete when money is received.
• Course payments will only complete in 3 Installments.
• We have the right, in all cases, to reject or cancel any registration.

Refund Policy

• Course refunds could only be given in specific circumstances. For further information, please see our refund policy page.
• There are no refunds after a course has begun.

Office Property & Content

• Office property like laptop will only available for 15 Days per student if you don’t have your system.
• Office material & property will only use in office not to go to your home.
• Intellectual property laws safeguard all of the information, resources, and materials that DMindX (Digital Marketing India Experts) offers during classes, including but not restricted to text, photos, videos, and course materials.

You may not:

• Resell, distribute, or reproduce any course materials.
• Any commercial use of our content is prohibited without our prior consent.

Study of Course

• When classes are being ongoing, only do class work at that time.
• Do Not Watch Movies, Play Games in the Institute, While You have Home Work.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Any downtime or technological problems that impact our website or courses’ accessibility.
• Any harm or loss brought on by using our website or services, to the degree allowed by law.

Changes to Courses and Services

We reserve the right to:

• At any moment, we can modify or change our services, content, or courses.
• Modify the cost of the course or add new fees with advance notification.

Internship

• 15 Days Non Paid Training, in which days we teach you how the work in corporate companies.
• After 15 days training will 3 Months Paid Internship, where you start work as a professional
